I can’t believe it’s already been so long since I last signed into this little blog of mine!
Needless to say this year has been another hectic one and, unfortunately, not much progress has been made in the fitness department. The new year started out strong but I got busy (and made some lame excuses) and am pretty much right where I was a year ago. But, I have started a new (dream!) job and am already starting to think about my new years resolutions and what I can be doing now to set myself up for success and consistency going into 2018.
Is anyone else already thinking about new years resolutions?
