Welcome to my blog! I’m Emily and my life has been a roller coaster of ups and downs since I started running and working out in 2010. I discovered my love for running and being active while completing a C25K plan. From there I went on to run my first half marathon in 2014. I’ve been battling an ongoing knee injury and have used the experience to embrace and tryout different types of workouts and activities that make me sweat.
It’s a goal of mine to run a full marathon one day soon (hopefully!) as well as an ultra marathon.
I spend my time running, working out, reading, drinking lots of coffee and enjoying more than my fair share of gummi bears!
I’ve recently returned to school (again!) to pursue my interest in health and fitness studies.
